Rett Syndrome Europe (RSE) invites you to support Rett Forum — the first pan-European expert convening dedicated to advancing the standard of care for Rett syndrome.

- Full post-event outcomes report including working group mandates, key discussion summaries, and next steps
- Participant list (names and institutional affiliations — no personal contact details)
- Dedicated social media acknowledgment on RSE channels
- "Founding Platinum Sponsor" designation for future references to the inaugural Rett Forum
Gold — €8,000–12,000
For organisations actively engaged in the Rett syndrome space · Maximum 4–5 sponsors
- Logo placement on printed programme, event signage, and RSE Forum webpage
- Named acknowledgment during opening plenary
- Assigned coffee break sponsorship (e.g., "Saturday morning coffee sponsored by [Company]")
- Shared exhibition area for materials and information

Silver — €4,000–6,000
Supporting the Rett Forum at a meaningful level · Maximum 6–8 sponsors
- Logo placement on printed programme and RSE Forum webpage
- Group acknowledgment during opening plenary ("We thank our Silver sponsors...")
- Summary post-event report (overview of outcomes and working group themes)
- Shared social media acknowledgment on RSE channels

Supporter — €1,000–2,000
For organisations wishing to support the initiative · Maximum Unlimited sponsors
- Name listed on printed programme and RSE Forum webpage
- Summary post-event report
- Acknowledgment in post-event publications
- Early notification of future RSE events and partnership opportunities
- Application-based: RSE applies to these programmes with defined deliverables, not via sponsorship packages
- Variable amounts: Determined by the funder's programme parameters
- Reporting requirements: Funder-specific deliverables (financial reports, outcome summaries, etc.)
- No commercial benefits: These funders do not receive exhibition space or participant lists
- Acknowledged separately: Listed as "Institutional Partners" or "Grant Funders" — distinct from commercial sponsors
- ERDERA Networking Support Scheme — Supports networking activities for European Reference Networks and rare disease communities
- National rare disease plans — Country-level funding for rare disease initiatives
- EU Horizon Europe — Where applicable for collaborative research network development
- Invoicing: RSE issues invoices upon confirmed sponsorship. Payment due within 30 days.
- Channelling through local associations: Where regulatory compliance requires, pharma sponsors may channel contributions through the national patient association in their country. RSE will facilitate the arrangement.
- Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by RSE, sponsors receive a full refund. If a sponsor withdraws after committing, refund terms are defined in the sponsorship agreement.
- Currency: All amounts in EUR. Payment by bank transfer.
